Brazilian Arabica coffees possess a very specific body and sweetness that makes them ideal for a classic espresso. In collaboration with our Brazilian specialty team, we have developed a signature coffee which aims to capture the ideal espresso profile. Koch Coffee Roasters blends natural with pulped natural – typically from the region of Bahia, along with a touch of Ethiopian Bedhatu Jibicho – to achieve a perfect balance of sweetness and body with quintessential notes of cocoa, toffee and dried fruits.
